Art and technology are powerful tools for resistance, inspiration and transforming culture–all critical components of lasting justice movements. Astraea supports organizations and artist-activists working to end the racial, economic, and gender-based oppression that frequently manifests as police violence. Our grantee partners have been at the forefront of the anti-criminalization movement in the U.S. for more than a decade. Today, we are witnessing the movement gain incredible momentum.

We look forward to seeing you at Beyond The Hashtag.
